  Very happy with the staff at best buy. Usually do my Verizon business there because they are friendly and thorough. Unlike the stuck up help at Verizon. Also always seem to have good pricing and decent selection.

  Depends on the best buy we are talking about which thiscwas not clear. Best Buy Mobile gets a 5 star rating. Best Buy gets a 3 for enthusiasm. Although there was one very helpful young man. He went nearly to the ends of the earth to find what I was looking for.the rest nope.

  If I could give the store 0 stars I would. Don't ever go there for Apple service. Save yourself time and aggravation and head to the Apple store. Best Buy busted my phone when they replaced the battery and now they either want me to hand it over to them for '7 to 10' days to get it fixed or I have to go to the Apple store, and 'maybe' the Apple store will fix it. If they don't, then the best solution BB can offer me is send if off for however long. Never.Again.

  Always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Yesterday I came in at lunch to do a phone upgrade. They were swamped and I had to call Verizon due to an issue with my account, yet I was able to walk in, be greeted, make the call, make the purchase and leave in about 15 minutes. In comparison, I stopped at the Verizon Authorized Retail Store located at Sawmill and 270 to purchase a gift card. I stood there for 25 minutes, had an employee go home and listened to another employee lie to a young couple while coaching them on a survey call they would receive. I left without ever being helped.
