  My husband and I come from a background of retail, and we think a couple of the employees at Tuttle need to learn better customer service at closing time. I get that you want to leave at nine, but you're OPEN until nine. That means customers should feel free to shop and try on clothes until then without feeling rushed. The fitting room was blocked off ten minutes before close and customers who walked in behind us were greeted with "Guys, just so you know, we close in five minutes." They clearly didn't want our business.
