  Virginia Glover met me as I walked in the door, listened carefully to all my wants and needs in a sofa, and showed me so many acceptable selections that it was hard to choose. I loved being able to sit on all the sofas to see how they fit ME. Virginia explained all options for mechanical vs. manual reclining, showed me a wide range of fabrics and colors to cover my choice of sofa and explained various payment options. These complex choices progressed quickly and efficiently. I’m now excitedly waiting for my new purchase to be made to order and be delivered!

  I was immediately approached and helped by Renee. She caught in pretty quick that’s I had a budget to work with and instead of showing me what I couldn’t afford, she gave me many options. Ended up finding the perfect chair and of course it was on sale. I would highly recommend Lazy Boy to everyone.
