  This is an authorized dealer, not an actual store. They advised me that they were going to give me $285 to trade in my phone and apply that towards the cost of a new phone however the computer system did not have the Google Pixel listed in their system and so she couldn't apply the credit. I advised her to forget the entire thing but somehow, without signing anything, she ported my number and I'm now a T-Mobile Customer without consenting to it. She tried to contact her supervisor who never bothered to answer her calls back and after the damage was done, she did nothing to help but instead walked over to another register and called the next customer in line! I would not step foot in this store!

  Bought a new phone at the store. Crystal told us to call the store and ask for her when we got home so that we could activate it. We spent 1.5 hours (7:30pm - 9pm) calling the store. We kept getting put on hold, or nobody would answer. This went on until 9pm when they close and we still did not get someone at the store to answer. This phone was for my mother in law who has t-mobile service already. While we were there they were telling me I should switch to them (I have Verizon)..... why would I make that switch after such poor service? Think I might just upgrade my mother in law to Verizon.
