  The associates of this store we're incredibly helpful! We were in and out in no time and it didn't cost us a million dollars. All of our questions were answered and we wild recommend this Verizon highly!! Five stars! Our girls love their "phones" too. :) Thank you!

  I did an upgrade in 5/2016 which I ended up with a "bundle" LG4 and Ellipsis 8. Within i couple months the E8 developed a multiple cracks in the screen. I took it back to WireleesZone in Dec/16 and was offered a "replacement/upgrade". This turned out to be a new purchase after I received my bill. Since then I've made multiple attempts to get the original removed from my billing. Every "manager" @ WirelessZone says I'll get back to you by end-of-day. So far it's still there after a year. Went to store again yesterday waited 40 min, and promised "call at beginning of day we'll get this fixed". And again, it's "the person does not get in until later". They're only interested in selling/upgrades. No after action for CUST SAT.
